From the Late Latin Rōmaeus (a pilgrim to Rome), which is from Roma (Rome). The name was made famous by Shakespeare when he used it in his tragedy about star-crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet.

†History†
Puphood About four years ago, far off from the land in which he currently resides, Romeo was born along side 3 siblings, Juliet, Mercutio, and Benvolio. As all pups, they were born blind and deaf, but once their eyes opened, there was no stopping the four. Their loner parents often had trouble keeping up with their quadruple bundles of the joy, but didn't worry to much, for their land was safe. As the pups grew older, their personalities and ranks began to show more. Romeo was always the leader of his siblings and seemed to have knowledge above his years.
Teenhood As the four siblings neared their first birthday, Romeo began to grow anxious. He wanted to see the world, to strike off on his own adventure and maybe lead a pack of his own. The brute and his kin may have only been a year old, but their large frames made them looked like fully grown adults, and made it easier to survive. Unable to stand the confinement anymore, that night Romeo said goodbye to his family and went on his separate way, never looking back.
Adulthood As the multi-colored male entered adulthood, he grew out of his adventurous side. He began to want what all wolves naturally wanted, a pack... a family. The male tried different packs with different ranks, but would always end up leaving. Even though the male had grown, he had not out grown his need to lead. He had wandered a long way in four years and began to grow more and more desperate with each passing day. All seemed to get brighter when he met a wolf in the land of Viscus Slyva. For some reason he felt very close to the wolf, this mystery was uncovered when the wolf revealed his name, Benvolio. Romeo learned his brother had been leading the Forest Clan which was one of the three clans in the Viscus Slyva region. However his brother was gravely ill, and on his deathbed, he handed the reign over to his brother with the final words, "You were born to lead..." Wanting to continue his brother's legacy and make him proud, Romeo took control of the Forest Clan and vowed to be the best leader there ever was.
Elder Romeo has yet to enter his senior years.

-Leader Romeo's goal is become on of the greatest leaders. He has an uncanny ability to get people to work together to go after one common goal. You may hate someone, but after a couple minutes of listening to his male, he can convince you to work right along side that person.
-Fair Romeo does his very best to make sure everything in his pack is fair and everyone is treated with respect. He will always listen to both sides of the story before making a decision, no matter how crazy the subject. He is a very easy wolf to get along with and always tries to do his best.
-Caring Romeo cares about everyone he knows. He would never wish harm on even his worst enemy without provocation. However do not try and test his kindness, for he is has no pity on those who cross him.
-Funloving His large size can be intimidating, but this male is actually just a big teddy bear that loves to have fun. He especially loves playing with youngsters and often takes it upon himself to teach the young things they need to know. He likes to keep things light and airy, but threaten someone he loves or cross him and you will wish you had never been born.

†Body Type†
Romeo is an extraordinarily huge wolf, dwarfing most others of his breed, this is due to his large framed heritage. His head is in proportion to is body, but compared to other wolves' skulls, his is massive and with a strong jaw and well pronounced stop. His neck is rather long, very strong and muscular, well arched, without dewlap or loose skin about the throat. Romeo has a very deep chest, with long, muscular legs. His tail is slightly curved inward with moderate thickness.
†Fur†
Romeo is covered in a moderate length, rough pelt which gains a double layer in the winter. The pelts main hue is a darker brown color with tan points. He also has a creamy hue in his pelt which is based around his toes and also paints a stripe from the tip of his nose to his entire tail.
†Eye Color†
Romeo's eyes are a vivid purple with darker and lighter throughout them.
